Consultancy Services - Benefit Mapping Framework

The Clean Energy Regulator is seeking a short-term consultancy engagement (approximately 3 months) to accelerate our internal capability and maturity in benefits mapping and outcome-based reporting across our transformation program and broader agency initiatives. This work will support our upcoming reporting cycle with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA), improve transparency and traceability of effort to outcomes, and enable integration with existing systems such as TechOne, DevOps, and BI tools.

The engagement will build on existing work and frameworks, focusing on finalising benefit statements, aligning them with strategic outcomes, and designing a reusable process for tracking and reporting benefits across funding streams, schemes, and delivery models. The outputs will be actively directed and collectively owned by our internal team, with strong collaboration expected across finance, technology, and delivery functions.
