DHA is delivering a multi-year enterprise transformation agenda focused on modernising end-to-end service delivery, business processes, and enabling technology platforms. The Digital DHA Program is a priority initiative under DHA’s Strategic Plan and is a key enabler for delivery of Strategic Objective 1.
The program comprises multiple interdependent digital and business transformation initiatives delivered alongside core business-as-usual operations. Delivery is undertaken within a complex stakeholder and vendor environment and requires strong program governance, integrated planning, and effective management of interdependencies.
DHA is seeking to procure program management services to lead and deliver the Digital DHA Program.
The services will provide end-to-end program leadership, coordination, and delivery oversight across a portfolio of interdependent digital initiatives. The engagement requires demonstrated experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs, including governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and delivery assurance.
