Scope
The scope includes:
- Conducting a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for planned enhancements within the ServiceNow platform, delivered as part of the Business Process Automation (BPA) and Parliamentary Application Modernisation (PAM) initiatives
- Assessing privacy risks and compliance obligations associated with the increased handling of personal and potentially sensitive information resulting from these enhancements
