Defence Housing Australia (DHA) provides quality housing and related services to Defence members and their families. In doing this, DHA supports the operational, recruitment and retention goals of the Department of Defence.
DHA is a small to medium-sized government business enterprise (GBE) with approximately 600 staff across 19 offices around Australia, including three contact centres, located in three states. The Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) team operates from DHA’s head office in Canberra.
BS&T are responsible for all software related business analysis, business solutions, in-house software development, telephony, IT services and infrastructure. We deliver business as usual activities and innovation driven initiatives that provide efficiencies to the broader organisation.
DHA is undertaking a significant forward technology program with a focus on ensuring fit for purpose technology across all business areas. As part of the large program of work, DHA requires a Technology One and Financial Systems Architect to lead in works relating to the design and uplift of Technology One capabilities. DHA’s Architects are responsible for the creation, design and management of all system architecture documentation, the design and consideration of future architecture states, and maintenance of artefacts in the Enterprise Architecture Tool.
