Specification:
East Gippsland Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construct of a new toilet amenity at Gilsenan Reserve, Paynesville, located on Fleischer Street.
The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project delivery including concept development, investigations, detailed design, specification, and construction.
The project comprises the following key elements:
• Design & construct a new modular toilet amenity facility, comprising accessible (DDA-compliant), unisex ambulant cubicles
• Sewage connections
• Necessary site clearing, earth works to level the site.
• Concrete slabs and access aprons.
• Installation commissioning.
• Liaison with all relevant local authorities as required.
