Elevated Seasonal Response - Preparedness Initiative (ESRI) Bulk Fuel & Water

Parts of Victoria are currently experiencing drought conditions, record-low rainfall, and there are higher than average temperatures across the State. There is a critical need for a coordinated and scalable solution to ensure timely transportation and strategic storage of bulk water and fuel to support sustained firefighting operations. CFA is looking to seek out and deliver enhanced mobile and static water and fuel capabilities to support operations during the 2025/26 high risk weather season.
