Tender Description
The scope of works and all requirements are detailed in the attached appendices that include segments of Spring Drive & Honour Avenue.
Contractors should read these in accurate detail before submitting their RFQ’s.
A site visit for accurate quotations is recommended.
Submission Requirements
Quotations must be submitted by the closing date and time and must include:
- Proposed methodology for undertaking the (Heavy Patching) stabilisation, additional 20mm DGS & sealing works including compaction, sweeping etc.
- Square meter rates must include all proposed costs, including all labour, equipment, materials, 3x density testing, travel, and any other associated expenses as listed below. Traffic control for all sites is listed as a separate Line Item in Schedule 1.
- Company profile and a list of key personnel who will be working on the project, including their qualifications and relevant experience.
- Evidence of public liability (20 million minimum) and workers compensation certificate.
- References from at least two similar projects completed within the last 12 months.
