This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Banana Shire Council is seeking to engage a contractor to erect a small shade shelter at Theodore Cemetery (Woolsthorpe Road, Theodore 4719).
The shade shelter is 1x Landmark Peninsula 6.0m x 4.0m skillion roof shelter with boltdown steel posts and will be supplied by Council.
The structure will be ready for collection at Theodore Council Depot (Theodore Eidsvold Road, Theodore).
Council will complete the relevant building applications and approvals.
There will already be a 7.0m x 5.0m concrete slab laid with the footings.
The contractor is to transport and erect the structure on site.
