Supply and or Delivery of Roadmaking Materials and Products

The Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from companies, or individuals, with a proven ability in the ongoing supply and or delivery of roadmaking materials and products for the use in construction and maintenance of Council's Road network.

This Contract is for the supply and/or delivery of roadmaking materials and products for use in the upkeep and maintenance of the Council's Road network including (but not limited to)

• gravel quartz, sandstone, limestone and other
• quarry products crushed rock, aggregate, beaching and other
• concrete products pipes, box culverts, end walls, wingwalls, pits and other
• bituminous products emulsion, cold mix asphalt
• polymer binding agents and dust suppressant products
• concrete supply and cartage
• cartage rates for delivery of roadmaking materials and products

Tenderers shall note that Council reserves the right to select a panel of suppliers for the supply of the materials described above. Council further advises no guarantee of volume of material is to apply.

Council reserves the right to refresh the panel of suppliers during the term of the contract.

Council further reserves the right to source materials and products that are identified for supply and/or delivery in this Contract from suppliers other than the Contractor. This Contract is non-exclusive.

Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Buloke Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any Tender proposal. Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed Tenders will not be accepted.
