Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil Contract 25-26-28 - Paget's Road Major Culvert Remediation

Paget's Road is a 'Level 1' Link Road under Strathbogie Shire Council's Road Management Plan. It is a sealed, rural road in the township of Baddaginnie. The road formation is 8m wide with a sealed section of 6.2m. Traffic count surveys (30 September 2024) show an average daily volume of 49 vehicles per day.

The existing structure is a fice-cell, 1200mm diameter precast reinforced concrete pipe culvert, constructed to carry Folly Creek, a designated waterway.

Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire Council no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire Council's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price in the Schedule 1 will result in your tender not being evaluated.

All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.

You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.

We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection.
