This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Salesforce Panel engagement, Professional Services (for both Salesforce and MuleSoft) to deliver remediation and enhancement to NSWPF Gun Safe Application implemented on Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Project goals
(a) The Supplier's responsibilities include delivering professional services to support the resolution of critical and high-impact incidents and problems, conducting technical implementation reviews, and scoping and delivering high-priority enhancements to the NSWPF Gunsafe Application. This application is deployed on the Salesforce and Mulesoft (Openshift) platforms.
(b) The core objectives of the Supplier's Activities are as follows:
(i) To improve system maintainability, stability and performance for business and operational support teams.
(ii) To improve system extensibility to enable future use cases to be implemented by NFR project and BAU support team.
