Tender Description
Bathurst Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the design and construction of the BARN/Ngurang Arts Residency at Chifley Dam.
From the EOI Process a tenderer will be appointed to enter into an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement to finalise the design documents, which are 90% complete, to a "For Construction" standard and obtain Construction Certificate.
This contractor will then be invited to submit pricing for a Guaranteed Maximum Price Design and Construct Contract.
