Tender Description
The purpose of the Works is to provide safe, inclusive, accessible, durable and maintainable female amenities and change facilities that support participation by women and girls in sport and physical activity and comply with the Play Our Way grant intent.
Two female change rooms suitable for team change use and generally equivalent to the grant/masterplan functional intent; female referee / umpire change facility with shower, WC and benching or equivalent accepted arrangement; accessible amenities and accessible path of travel for current use; showers, WCs, hand basins, benches, hooks, mirrors, floor wastes, ventilation, lighting, hot water and all necessary sanitary fixtures; plant/service/cleaners areas and service corridors required for safe operation, maintenance, isolation and future disconnection/integration.
