Tender Description
The Ararat Rural City Council (Council) is tendering for the design and construction of a new covered arena at the Ararat Pony Club, 98 Eizabeth Street, Ararat. This tender includes:
- Construction of a new arena cover,
- Construction of a new equestrian arena therein,
- All associated stormwater and sub-soil drainage works
The Contractor shall be responsible for all labour, materials, plant hire, freight, fees, and other sundry expenses required to complete the works.
Works for the stormwater detention tank, electrical connection and lighting installation will be separately tendered, the successful tenderer will be required to coordinate with the tank installer and electrical contractor as a part of this project.
