Self-Service Password Reset Tool

The Information Technology Division, on behalf of the Australian National University, has identified the requirement for a Self-Service Password Reset Tool.

The objective is to engage a qualified service provider to implement a secure, reliable and user-friendly self-service password reset solution that reduces reliance on manual IT support and empowers users to independently reset or unlock their accounts.

ANU requires a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution, that can be delivered either as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or on-premises solution, depending on the fit with ANU's requirements.
