Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Casey City Council is seeking Tenders in response to this Request for Tender from experienced and suitably qualified tenderers to provide the Services described in the Tender Specification.

Casey City Council invites suitable tenderers to undertake the delivery of the Old Cheese Factory Multipurpose Room. The project is located at 34 Homestead Rd, Berwick VIC 3806.

The scope of New Building works include:

  • All concrete, footings and pile works
  • All framing works including structural members
  • All services, fixtures, fittings and joinery
  • All cladding works including brickwork
  • All lining works including acoustic treatments and insulation
  • Roofing, canopy, pergola and deck works
  • Painting, wall finishes and floor finishes
  • Doors and windows
  • Paved and line marked accessible parking bay and associated footpath works

Please be advised that onsite tender briefing/s will be held on Tuesday 9th September 2025 @ 9.00 am.
