DPHI is seeking a ready-to-use Artificial Intelligence solution proven and operating in real world environment to reduce time it takes to assess NSW State Significant Development Planning Applications
Project goals
• Intelligent review of documentation and designs for compliance prior to lodgment of SSD submissions in order to make meaningful time saving in the pre-application process
• an accurate assessment of submitted information against required criteria with notification to the Department and the applicant of how the proposal meets or is deficient in meeting the planning criteria
• a reduction in the timelines for assessment by the progression for assessment of only mature, compliant SSD proposals
• the ability to perform post submission checks to speed finalisation of SSD assessment over the life of the application if required
• an easy-to-use public engagement interface
• data-driven insights for better planning and decision-making.
Scope
The solution will focus on:
a. Document Intelligence (using technologies such as using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to;
