PRE-TENDER BRIEFING

A pre-tender briefing will not be held for this Contract, however a site inspection with a DTP West Gate Bridge Project Team member is compulsory. Refer details under Site Inspection below. Tenderers that do not inspect the Work Site as detailed below will not have their tender considered.

SITE INSPECTION PRIOR TO TENDERING

A site inspection and tour of the Work Site prior to tendering is compulsory and shall be undertaken by contacting the person nominated above and making an appointment. Separate inspections for tenderers shall be held only within the times nominated below.

The Tenderer shall be limited to a maximum of three persons. Tenderers attending a site inspection will be required to attend the West Gate Bridge office at 10 Sardine Street Port Melbourne 30 minutes prior to the scheduled inspection time to complete their induction. A total duration of up to three hours shall be allowed. The attendees shall bring safety boots, long sleeve shirts and pants, hard-hat, and fluorescent safety vest. The available times for an inspection within the bridge are:

- Tuesdays between 0900 and 1200 hrs

- Wednesdays between 0900 and 1200 hrs
