Horsham Rural City Council is seeking to engage a panel of suitably qualified and experience suppliers to form a panel for the provision of Tree Care Services. The services may include, without limitation to:

• Roadside Trimming
• Tree Removal
• Power line Clearing
• Storm Damage Response
• Formative Pruning
• Stump Grinding
• Street Tree Watering
• Arboricultural Diagnosis
• Disaster Recovery
• Street Tree Pruning and Maintenance
• Roadside Vegetation Assessments - as per Guidelines for the removal, destruction or lopping of native vegetation (2017)

The works will include formative pruning of specified trees at designated locations, as well as reactive or scheduled pruning of trees situated within HRCC-managed facilities, including parks, gardens, reserves, kindergartens, community centres, the aquatic centre, the depot, and various office locations

The contract will be awarded for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing 1 October 2025 until 30 September 2028, with a further two (2) x one (1) year optional terms of contract to be exercised at Council’s sole discretion.

The award of this contract will be based on a panel supply arrangement where multiple suppliers may be appointed. Quantum of work is not guaranteed. Council reserves the right to appoint additional suppliers to the panel throughout the term of the contract as deemed necessary.
