The Australian Government announced the commitment to establish 50 new Medicare Urgent Care Clinics (MUCCs) across Australia in the 2025-26 Budget. The Department has instructed North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) to conduct a procurement process within the suburbs of Clifton Hill and Coburg in order to evaluate, select, and award MUCC's contract with two successful applications, one from each suburb's catchment.

This Application form is for Clifton Hill or the surrounding suburbs - Abbotsford, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North or Northcote.
