Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the fit-out of new co-working space and youth hub at MC Square Building.

The scope of services is stated in the documentation.

A mandatory site visit will be held commencing at 01.30pm on Thursday 21 August 2025

Any questions about this tender should be submitted through the "Question Forum" . The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
