Grants to assist with the cost of small equipment purchases to support community groups and not-for-profit organisations to deliver services and programs.
Key dates
- Applications open: 26 July 2025
- Applications close: 25 August 2025 by 5.00 pm (we do not accept late applications)
- Notification to applicants: 10 December 2026

Who can apply?
This grant is available to applicants whose primary practice is within the arts, creative and cultural sector.
To apply for this grant you must be one of the following:
- incorporated not-for-profit organisation
- unincorporated group with an auspice
- registered charitable organisation
What can you apply for?
The cost of small equipment purchases such as:
- Sporting equipment
- Office equipment, such as laptops and office furniture
- Kitchen items, such as kettles, crockery, microwaves, fridges, freezers and air fryers
- General equipment, such as tables, chairs and barbeques
- Gardening tools, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, gardening gloves and rakes
- Electric gardening tools such as mowers and whipper snippers
- Tree guards
- Small scale agricultural items such as olive presses and bee hives
How much can you apply for?
There is a total grant pool of $60,000 available.
Applicants may ask for up to $2,000.

- Collate your supporting documents.
- Answer the questions in the application form.
- Don't forget to hit the submit button.
We recommend you click Save Progress every 10 to 15 minutes when you are filling out a form.
If you leave your computer idle for 20 minutes without saving your work, and then return, the session duration may have ended (or been timed-out).
