Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake aircon replacement at Kent Street Senior High School.  

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of aircon units as well as removal of existing units.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Kent Street Senior High School, 74 Rathay Street, Kensington on 21 Aug, 2025 1:00 PM.

 Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
