5609 Buchan-Orbost Road, Buchan VIC 3885 The Buchan Hall and Recreation Committee of Management is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the purchase and complete removal of the Buchan Recreation Reserve Pavilion.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

•  Full removal of the building.
•  Cleaning of the site, and
• Completion of all works over 4 weeks during Autumn 2026 (March to May)
•  The purchaser will be responsible for all permits or approvals (if applicable).

Inclusions & Exclusions:

All fixtures and chattels are included in the offer except for the following, which will be retained:

• Water tank. Water pump
•  Air conditioners
•  All fridges
•  Solar system
•  Generator
