Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to install a new stormwater pump station at Sunset Drive, Wangaratta, Victoria.
This contract covers the constructions of the entire system including hydraulic, mechanical, civil backfill, structural and electrical, supply of all materials, construction and commissioning of the new pump station, inlet and outlet pipework, electrics and decommissioning of the the redundant pipe work (if required).
Tenders will include the following:
- Completion of Response Schedule (on the provided word document).
- Completion of the Schedule of Rates (to be submitted in excel format provided).
- Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of assessment.
- Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.
Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.
Enquiries
All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 48 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.
Submissions
All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.
Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
