Wyndham City Council is seeking to engage a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary Lead Design Consultant to deliver detailed investigations, design documentation, and quality assurance services for major electrification and renewal works at AquaPulse and Encore (80 Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing).

The project will address critical end-of-life infrastructure (pool hall tiled concourse and HVAC) and deliver sustainability outcomes, including internal zoning and future-proofing for next-stage heat pump installation. The aim is to ensure long-term safety, efficiency, and operational continuity at one of the most heavily used community facilities.

The successful consultant will provide integrated, multi-disciplinary design solutions, complete tender documentation, and support quality assurance during delivery.
