Tender Description

Variety of works relating to the replacement of sewer stacks & then make good works to these areas after stack replacement within occupied public housing high-rise towers.

Works are to include but not limited to:

• Working in situ to replace active defective sewer stacks

• Replacement/make good works to bathroom/laundry/ toilets cabinetry/walls/panel

• Re-tiling areas as needed

• Re-paint of surfaces

• Asbestos audit/clearing

A briefing session will be held at 12 Holland Court, Flemington, Melbourne, VIC, Australia, 3000 on 26 August 2025 11:00 am.

Notes: Assemble at foyer entrance.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
