Randwick City Council has a requirement to engage an experienced Company or Individual to lease the Clovelly Beach Café Kiosk for a period of five (5) years plus a five (5) year option.
Site briefing: An onsite meeting has been arranged for 4.00pm on Tuesday 5th August 2025, on site at the Clovelly Beach café Kiosk (Sea Salt Café) The inspection is for the benefit of Tenderers to view the premises. There will be Council staff in attendance to oversee access.
