The City of Cockburn (the principal) is seeking the services of a licensed and qualified WA Electrical Contractor to undertake the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of sports lighting works at Success Netball Courts, Western Australia.

The Netball courts upgrade project seeks to improve the sports lighting to meet the relevant Australian Standards for Sport lighting Specific applications AS2560.2:2021.

Success Netball Courts located at 359 Hammond Road Success WA 6164 on Lot 3000. The site is currently home to the Success Netball Association and is open for community hire outside of club times.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, fees and charges, chemicals, transport/cartage etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the proposed Contract.

The Principal will appoint an in-house Project Manager to undertake the role of Principal’s Representative.

It is the principal’s intention that the Contract shall be awarded in November 2025 and shall commence immediately upon receipt of the contract with an estimated total supply/manufacture, delivery, installation, and commissioning period of 24 weeks, with a 12-month defects liability period.

Detailed design drawings (B05 E1-6 Drawings) have been prepared, and a full statement of the construction works required under the proposed Contract appears in the B01 Scope of Works and A04 Special Conditions of Contract.
