The Council Chamber located in the Swan Hill Town Hall is currently facing issues from inefficient space utilisation. Further, the present arrangement of the joinery items and the fixtures need modification for better aesthetics, and user comfort.
The project requirements are as follows:
• Safe removal of existing joinery items
• Replace the existing furniture/joinery and the desk fixture items
• Professional carpet steam cleaning
