Requirements
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department) seeks to engage a Seller to provide technical advisory services for the Innovative Ways of Working (IWOW) Program.
- Technical advisory services are required in the following areas by the IWOW Program:
- Technology alignment with business objectives, spanning data, processes, applications, integration, infrastructure, security and software licensing.
- Program cost modelling including preparation, implementation and run activities.
- Logical establishment, alignment and execution of technical projects during the preparation phase of the IWOW Program.
- ERP operating model approaches.
- Technical input to business case development including solutions, implementation plans and costs.
