Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned contract.

The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

Reactive works under this contract may include (but are not limited to):

• Repairing faulty motors, sensors, or control units-
• Replacing damaged door panels, tracks, or rollers
• Responding to emergency access issues due to door malfunction
• Rectifying damage caused by vandalism, weather, or wear and tear
• Safety and compliance check following door failure or incident
• After hours emergency call outs
• Make safe works

Programmed Works include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Developing a schedule and program for regular inspection and servicing of Auto doors & roller doors in accordance with Australian Standard 5007.2007.
• Providing inspection and servicing reports on each door to the Contract Manager on a quarterly and annual basis, including details such as asset condition, make, model, serial number, and age
• Inspecting all magnetic locks as part of the programmed servicing, with findings included in the reports
• Supplying recommendations for remedial actions where automatic doors, roller doors, or magnetic locks are found to be in a deteriorated or non-compliant condition
