Following the release of the Advance Tender Notice (ATN) in July 2025, Development Victoria (DV) is now inviting submissions through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the Morwell Project.

DV is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to deliver civil works for a proposed 72-lot residential subdivision located at 10 English Street, Morwell, VIC 3840.

This EOI has been prepared to assess the capability and capacity of prospective contractors (Bidders) to undertake the required works, with the aim of shortlisting suitable Bidders to progress to the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage of the procurement process.

Bidders who meet the selection criteria are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (Response) in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this EOI.
