To assess the parking infrastructure and service provider market for Park’nPay integration
Project goals
This EOI seeks to better understand the parking infrastructure provider market and how best to meet the needs of the people of NSW through the single Park’nPay App to access public sector owned paid parking, regardless of owner.
The ‘Statement of Requirements’ does not provide detailed (low-level) specifications against which Respondents are required to respond. Instead, Respondents are encouraged to provide information as to how the Principal can ensure Park’nPay can meet the needs and expectations of the people of NSW.
Scope
Park’nPay is a parking platform designed to deliver a unified, scalable and user-centric digital parking solution that delivers a consistent user experience for the people of NSW, simplifies access to parking and streamlines operations for multiple parking providers. The key objectives of this platform are to:
- Search and pay for parking
- Real-time parking availability
- Flexible payment options
- Ticketless parking
- Reduced user cost
- Empower councils and other public sector parking owners
- Supporting accessibility and inclusivity
