Rowan Street Pedestrian Bridge

⁠⁠⁠The Rural City of Wangaratta is pleased to invite interested and qualified contractors to participate in the tender process to construct a new 3m wide overpass pedestrian bridge, which will replace the existing 2.5m wide bridge at the Rowan Street underpass in Wangaratta.

The work consists of the removal of the existing pedestrian bridge and the replacement of the pedestrian bridge with a new 3m wide super t-beam, 17.25m overall length bridge supported by concrete retaining walls at each end, which form the walls to the underpass below.

Tenders will include the following:

• Completion of the response schedule as supplied on eProcure (completion is mandatory).
• Construction Methodology to be submitted as part of the assessment.
• Works programme/timeline showing key dates and milestones.
• Evidence of experience in successfully delivering similar types of projects.
• Completion of the schedule of rates spreadsheet (information to be submitted in the provided template).

Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided and base their tenders accordingly.

Enquiries

All enquiries regarding this opportunity, including the Specification and contract terms and conditions, are to be lodged via this tendering portal at least 48 hours prior to the nominated closing time. Questions lodged after this time will not be responded to.

Submissions

All responses must be lodged via this online e-Tendering Portal; submissions received via any other means (including hardcopy) will not be accepted, nor considered. Incomplete and late submissions will also not be considered.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload and submit all documentation, as the e-Tendering system will automatically lock at the Closing Date and Time, preventing partially submitted responses from being completed.
