Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) are seeking to engage a Commercial Cleaning Service Provider for professional cleaning services at all BKI Metro and Regional Campuses.

The Cleaning Services are to include, but not be limited to;

•  Programmed cleaning services (Regular base cleaning and daytime refresh cleaning)
•  Periodical detailed cleaning
•  General waste management
•  Sanitary and Sharps waste management and disposal
•  Fleet Vehicle Cleaning
•  On-demand event and emergency cleaning services

Notes: As outlined in the Invitation, attendance at this online briefing session is mandatory. You must register here via Tenders VIC in advance to receive the meeting invitation. The session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

Onsite Walkthroughs

A briefing session will be held on 10 July 2025 09:00 am.

Notes: As outlined in the Invitation, attendance at the onsite walkthroughs is mandatory. You must register here via Tenders VIC in advance to receive the comprehensive itinerary detailing the specified campus locations and corresponding meeting times for each walkthrough.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
