This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department is planning a major uplift to its ERP platform and shared services operating model, including an upgrade from its current SAP ECC6 ERP system to SAP S4 HANA under the Innovative Ways of Working (IWOW) Program.
The planning phase of the IWOW Program includes high-level architecture design activities across all typical value streams, including the Procure to Pay Value (P2P) Stream.
The Department currently uses the Procurement Reporting Framework (PRF) version AREX 1.7 to support the reporting of agency contracts to AusTender. The Department will need to upgrade to the whole of government SAP S4 HANA compatible Application for Reporting Contracts (ARC) software as part of the upgrade to SAP S4 HANA.
The Department requires external expert support services to deliver a high-level design for the implementation of ARC as part of the upgrade to SAP S4 HANA. The high-level design will contribute to a high-level design for the Procure to Pay Value Stream, and IWOW Program Target State Architecture.
The Supplier will work closely together with the IWOW Program Target State Architecture Team, Procure to Pay Business Analyst and ERP Technologies Team to deliver the high-level design.
Note: The Procure to Pay value stream current state business process modelling has been completed. Current IWOW Program planning indicates that current state business processes will be largely retained as part of the SAP S4 HANA migration.
