Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking a Principal Contractor through a selective tendering method by which invitations to Tender for a proposed contract are made following public advertisement asking for expressions of interest.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is for the construction of a new single storey car park located in Picton town centre under a design and construct model. The development will consist of the protection and adjustment of utilities, the construction of a concrete single-storey car park, the upgrade of local pedestrian access, and landscaping.

A Site briefing is mandatory, and there will be two offered to enable respondents to gain site and project appreciation. Questions will be taken on the day. All questions and answers will be made available publicly via posting on our tendering portal.
