SERVICE REQUIRED:
Northern Beaches Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide a quote for acoustic consultancy services to:
a) undertake a peer review of:
- the Manly Special Entertainment Precinct (SEP) acoustic study and sound management framework prepared by a consultant on behalf of Council
- the acoustic peer review report prepared by a consultant on behalf of a resident group.
b) review noise-related submissions received during the statutory exhibition of the draft Manly SEP planning proposal
c) make recommendations on the appropriateness of the draft sound management framework for the proposed Manly SEP and provide any recommendations on proposed changes to the report and controls.
