Overview
Programmed Maintenance Services Limited is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified subcontractors and specialist service providers to support a proposed submission for one of Australia's largest integrated Facilities Management opportunities.
The proposed contract is expected to commence in January 2028 and is anticipated to comprise an integrated delivery model covering Hard FM, Soft FM, Cleaning Services, Asset Management and Minor Works across a significant metropolitan property portfolio.
The anticipated portfolio is expected to include:
- Approximately 250–280 properties
- Approximately 350,000–400,000 m² of building area
- CBD commercial buildings
- Civic buildings
- Community centres
- Libraries
- Childcare facilities
- Operational depots
- Public amenities
- Heritage-listed buildings
- Corporate offices
- Community and cultural facilities
Scope
Programmed is seeking expressions of interest from organisations capable of delivering one or more of the following service packages:
