⁠⁠⁠Overview

Randwick City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Snape Park Amenities Building and Car Park project at 15R Snape Street, Maroubra NSW 2035, Lot 588 in DP 752015.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Demolition of the existing amenities, kiosk and changerooms buildings
  • Early works associated with the diversion, protection and coordination of existing Opal ANZ bore infrastructure
  • Construction of a new public amenities building
  • Construction of a new public car park
  • Construction of vehicle crossovers
  • Construction of pathways
  • Landscaping works
  • Tree removal
  • Provision of services
  • Testing, commissioning, certification and handover

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in construction of amenities buildings and car park facilities
