Charles Darwin University is inviting suitably qualified and experienced vendors to submit a proposal for the provision of services that specialise in student case management.

Student Engagement at the University is responsible for the management of counselling for students, student access and inclusion services and support, student advocacy, complaints, student conduct, and appeals.

Proposals are therefore invited for the provision of the above-mentioned services to assist the University in having streamlined and efficient student support.

Prospective respondents wishing to respond for these services should have experience with managing customers of similar size as Charles Darwin University and be able to offer superior customer service and a holistic approach to student support.
