Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender in July 2025 for Property Maintenance Services. Homes Victoria (Organisation) is responsible for the Maintenance of Social housing, which includes Public and Community housing properties across the state of Victoria. There are currently 22 geographical contract areas which includes ~71,000 properties, across the state of Victoria in which maintenance services are provided.

In preparation for this release, interested bidders are requested to complete and submit a signed Deed of Confidentiality. Completed Deeds of Confidentiality must be submitted via the following two methods. (Both are mandatory)

1. One copy to www.tenders.vic.gov.au
2. One copy via email to pmsc.tender@homes.vic.gov.au

Once the Request for Tender is open, only interested bidders who have submitted a signed deed of confidentiality will be given access to the tender. The Request for Tender is intended to be released in early July 2025 on the Buying for Victoria Tenders portal.

Homes Victoria will not accepted any changes to the deed of confidentiality.

Please note: if you submitted a signed deed of confidentiality in Reponses to the Advance Tender Notice, you are still required to a new deed as per the above mentioned process.
