Austin Health's intention is to partner with a sole supplier (or a supplier panel if deemed suitable) who can:

• Manage the logistics of food delivery acorss multiple destinations

• Ensure the timely and safe transportation of plated and bulk food.

The aim of the questionnaire is to:

• Identify the number of suppliers in the Australian market

• Identify suppliers who can meet Austin Health requirements

• Identify funding requirements

The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for:

• Operating refrigerated vehicles, assiting with the loading, unloading food trolleys and docking the Retherm units of trolleys,

• Adhering to food safety regulations,

• Complying with Austin Health's delivery schedules and food safety protocols

• Offering contigency plans for vehicle outages, maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

• Offering flexible capacity to meet expanding delivery needs

Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ).
