Lanco Group Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

Construction of approximately 307m of DN180 PE under LND/24/00948; Construction of approximately 370 meters of DN280 mm PE Watermain and 3.5m DN180 PE under LND/24/01367 as part of 25 River Boulevard Richmond for Developer, within the City of Yarra. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 RWC1 and R2.

If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.

Tenderers are reminded that safety is of utmost importance, and are to demonstrate their commitment to safety in their tender.
