Greens Road South Branch Sewer

⁠⁠⁠Spiire Australia Limited in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in February 2026 for the Greens Road South Branch Sewer. The project will include:

• Construction of approximately 689 metres of DN300 mm Branch Sewer as part of Mambourin Green Estate for Frasers Property Mambourin Green Landowner Pty Ltd, within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 (Branch Sewers > DN 280) and Category SC7 (Live Sewer Works).
