Background

Defence Digital Group has identified a need to ensure all Project Managers are skilled in scheduling and risk management. We seek to partner with a qualified training provider that can:

• Deliver Fundamentals of Project Management Scheduling to a large group (Basic Course).
• Deliver an Advanced Project Management Scheduling & Risk module to a smaller, specialised group.

Objectives

• Enhance Scheduling Competency: Provide participants with robust knowledge of scheduling principles, tools, and techniques.
• Improve Risk Management Skills: Equip advanced participants with deeper risk assessment and mitigation strategies specific to scheduling.
• Ensure Scalability: Accommodate potential growth in the number of trainees as DDG recruits additional staff into priority positions
