Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

  • Excavation and removal of existing concrete, granular pavement and topsoil within private property and the road reserve
  • Construction of new concrete footpath and vehicle crossing in accordance with Kingston Standard Drawings
  • Construction of new drainage system, including tapping into the existing drainage network, backfilling of trenches, and reinstatement of existing pavements, kerbs and nature strips
  • Construction of new concrete driveway and footpath within the property
  • Construction of new concrete kerb sections within the property
  • Construction of new asphalt pavement parking area within the property
  • Painting linemarkings and installing signs within the property
  • Reinstatement of disturbed grass and garden bed areas within the property and nature stips

Council invites companies to download RFQ documentation and submit a Quote for the above-mentioned contract.
