Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Wellington Shire Council are seeking quotes for the installation of reverse-cycle heating/cooling in a commercial tenancy located in Yarram.

Timeliness is of strong consideration given the inconsistency of the current system. The new system must be operational on or before Wednesday 11th June, 2025

The tenancy has 2 areas requiring heating/cooling and impact on the heritage facade must be considered as part of the quote.

Tenancy: 298-310 Commercial Road, Yarram

Inspections: Thursday 22nd May 10am or Monday 26th May 3pm.
