Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The AFP wishes to inform that the purpose of this RFT is to source:

  •  a Tenderer in the capacity of a Prime Contractor / Prime Systems Integrator with or without any sub-contractors, using a single contract for the provision of both the products and services;
  •  a cloud-based, proven COTS product/platform as a fully managed service with the Authority to Operate, and data being kept in-country (Australia) using a Certified Strategic Hosting Provider; and
  •  in-country (Australia) establishment and sustainment services, including service desk (i.e. IT helpdesk, hotline, manual processing etc), throughout the life of new system.

This notice also advises potential Tenderers of an opportunity to attend an industry briefing either in-person or via MS TEAMS, the details of which are as follows:

Date: Monday, 20 October 2025

Time: 1:30pm - 3:00pm (Canberra time)

Venue: Conference Centre, Edmond Barton Building, 47 Kings Avenue, AFP Head Quarters, Barton, Canberra, ACT, 2600, Australia. Please report to the security desk at the entrance of 47 Kings Avenue, Barton, on the day, if attending in person. Please note Tenderer representatives must report to the security desk at the entrance of 47 Kings Avenue, Barton, Canberra, for the industry briefing at least 15 minutes before its commencement.

The industry briefing will also be available online and details will be confirmed via addendum.

Attendance at the industry briefing is optional. Tenderers should provide written notice to the Contact Officer by 5:00pm (Canberra time), 15 October 2025 setting out the names and contact details of no more than three (3) representatives to attend the industry briefing in-person. Attendees who have not been notified to the Contact Officer by this time may be refused entry to the industry briefing. Tenderer representatives attending in-person must report to the Contact Officer at the location for the industry briefing at least 15 minutes before its commencement.

The AFP may conduct security vetting and other screening of persons nominated to attend the industry briefing.

The AFP may refuse to allow any person to attend the industry briefing including if the AFP is not in its absolute discretion satisfied with the results of security vetting or screening conducted for the relevant person.
